William W. and Josephine Dorn Community Charter School shall provide a free appropriate public education for all students with disabilities. The School Director shall develop and implement administrative procedural directive(s) that comply with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, its implementing regulations, and state regulations established pursuant to 20 U.S.C. Section 1412.
